Garudhiya

MAIN COURSE
Ingredients

500gm tuna fish
1.5 litres water
salt to taste

-Cut tuna into serving size pieces.
-Place tuna in a large pot,add water and salt to taste.
-Boil until fish is cooked.
-Remove skim from top time to time.
-Serve hot with rice,lemon onion,chilli.
-To add some spice eat with
Lonumirus (for recipe see above)
